Therapy for adults · Los Angeles, CA & online

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Sometimes we find ourselves living a story that no longer fits. Therapy offers a space to understand how you got here, heal what has been weighing you down, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you want to become.

What we can work on

You don't need the perfect words for what's wrong. These are the doors people usually come in through.

Trauma & old wounds

When the past keeps showing up in the present — in your body, your reactions, your relationships. EMDR-informed, at your pace.

Anxiety

Not just managing symptoms — understanding what your anxiety is trying to tell you, and changing your relationship with it.

Relationship patterns

Why you keep ending up in the same place with different people — attachment, boundaries, and breaking the loop.

How it works

No forms before we've even spoken. Start with a conversation.

A free 15-minute consultation

You tell me what's going on; I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to help.

We find the fit

First sessions are about safety and understanding your story — not reliving it.

The work

Weekly sessions, EMDR-informed methods, and a plan we build together and revisit often.

The story behind my practice

My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line. Like many of the people I work with, I've experienced what it's like to navigate difficult relationships, uncertainty, and the process of figuring out who you are when life doesn't go according to plan.

Today, I help adults heal from trauma, navigate anxiety and depression, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen.

“Your life is a story still being written.”

What's the difference between this and your Instagram?

The feed is education. Therapy is a relationship. Following me isn't treatment and doesn't make us therapist and client — but it will tell you whether my way of explaining things works for you.

How long does therapy take?
